Kimberly Thomas is a dynamic, visionary leader with nearly 30 years of service dedicated to children and underserved communities across Nebraska.

In June 2025, she became the first Chapter Director for Special Spaces Nebraska, where she leads the work of creating dream bedroom makeovers for children battling cancer, spaces that offer comfort, joy, and a sense of possibility.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, Kimberly’s experience spans board governance, infrastructure consulting, and community‑centered strategy. Her story is rooted in identity, purpose, and leading from a place of alignment.
